Question about Cell Phones
Depending on the phone you are using you need to use your cable that came with the phone or if you have a memory card on your phone, try removing it from the phone and plugging it into your computer if your computer has an internal memory card reader.
but based on the phone you're using and the default folder for your pics you should be able to change the phone settings to storage mode and your computer will automatically recognize your phone and open it's folders.
