OK, here is the deal with your system.....It looks like you have had a hard drive failure and the computer is trying to boot from a network drive or NIC card. That is what the PXE is, in the BIOS the computer is peobably set to boot from a network if the hard drive is not found hence the PXE code.
Replace the hard drive and get yourself a EIDE / SATA to usb adapter so that you can attach the old hard drive to the adapter and attempt to get some of your personal files off of it. The hard drive may allow itself to run as an external so you can access it....maybe not, but worth a try. The only other reason I know of for the code would be if there was no operating system to be found, then it would throw the same code.
