OK, here is the deal with your system.....It looks like you have had a hard drive failure and the computer is trying to boot from a network drive or NIC card. That is what the PXE is, in the BIOS the computer is peobably set to boot from a network if the hard drive is not found hence the PXE code.
Replace the hard drive and get yourself a EIDE / SATA to usb adapter so that you can attach the old hard drive to the adapter and attempt to get some of your personal files off of it. The hard drive may allow itself to run as an external so you can access it....maybe not, but worth a try. The only other reason I know of for the code would be if there was no operating system to be found, then it would throw the same code.

I have a fiujitsu hard drive in my acer aspire 5315 my keyboard has no keys just some rubber tips and when i turn on its says broadcom UNDI PXE-2.1 v10. 0. 9 copyright yada yada and then it says: PXE-E61:...

The keyboard needs replacing. Replacement keyboard for your laptop maybe available from this WEB site.
PXE-E61 ERROR
The error PXE-E61: Media test failure usually means the hard disk has failed or the hard disk needs re-seating or the disk controller is faulty. First - re-seat the hard disk and reboot the computer. If the computer does not boot up then reboot and go into the BIOS configuration to see if the BIOS detects the hard drive. If it doesn't detect the hard drive then it could be faulty.
Then the hard drive needs to be replaced in the computer/laptop, Windows installed and the computer or laptop's device drivers plus your programs etc. to get a functioning computer/laptop again.

It was working good all of sudden screen became black and the PXE E61

It seems to have lost communication with the hard drive. Check physically (pop out and then back in) and in BIOS. Make sure its the 1st boot option.

Also disable PXE boot in BIOS or remove from 1st boot option. This is a LAN (network) boot option.

Acer Aspire 5100-5674 won't boot. Keyboard won't work, mouse initializes. PXE-E61 : Media Test Failure then PXE-M0F : Exiting PXE ROM I really need some help, I just bought it. And would really like to...

PXE errors are generated by the network boot ROM. In other words, the boot process is attempting a network boot (your BIOS' 4th boot option), which means that your system was unable to boot from a HDD, CD-ROM, or USB device (the first 3 boot options).

PXE-E61 Media Test Failure, System won't boot:

1.Go to Bios Settings
2.Remove LAN booting from booting options...For laptop ,type "X" on the LAN booting option.
3.Save The configuration

Also verify if your harddisk is detected by BIOS

Comp won't boot

This could also happen if the hard drive is dead and trying to boot the next item or the BIOS has the Netboot option set as the first boot device.

Jump into your BIOS and make sure that the boot order is CDROM then USB then HDD. Then try again. Let us know what happens.
