Question about Magix Music Maker 12 Deluxe

1 Answer

Sound distortion hi, I've got a problem with MMM12deluxe. My OS is XP mediacenter. when creating 'songs' and playing them everything seems to be ok, sometimes one track after a couple of minutes starts to make some strange noise distortion, it helps when I pause and start to play again - strange. But when creating output file -ie MP3 I simply can't do it. Can you tell me how to solve this issue?. Thanks a lot Thomas

Hi I'm the guy with stupid questions. Have you added echo or reverb to the track/s with settings that make it build up over time? Are you playing through speakers - and if so are your pc-mike completely off? Is it the same track that goes bad? Have you tried to mute that track?

K that fella didn't help at all cuz im still running into this problem even at Version 16, i found chopping up some of the loops ive stretched out helps, taking out normalization seems to help, its the point when the memory maxs out im thinking from the looks of it. Also try reconverting your used recordings and mp3's as well, i found that helped as well.

Sound is distorted when playing audio from the web

Hi,

Try playing any song from your media player and check if you will encounter the same problem. It would also help to update your sound drivers by going to Device Manager. Or you can use a program like RadarSync to check and update ALL your drivers so you are sure everything is up to date.

They speakers, when they hit hard they make this odd... smacking sound.. Also on just like.. eminem songs and some rock songs that I listen to whenever the subs hit the vocals get distorted, but when I...

Well it sounds like you need a mono block amplifier for the subwoofers. Subwoofers are ment for low frequency. If you try to run regular audio through the subwoofer the sound will become distorted at a high volume. If you have a crossover on the amplifier try putting it on LP. Also do not exceed the RMX rateing on the subwoofer because if you do they will also distort. If you try adding the mono block on to it and it is still doing it you may also be running to much power to the subwoofers.

Hi, when I play a chord on my Casio-656 keyboard it sometimes sounds out of tune - if you hit the chord again it plays correctly. Is this a fault or a setting? It seems to be intermittent so that would...

I would check your fingering... You MAY be late in hitting a particular note and the using auto chord... this can cause the problem. Another thing is if notes are hit with different velocity that can affect the sound. Sometimes certain voices have VELOCITY switching which actually changes the voice depending on the velocity you hit a note.

Distorted, scratchy sound with Toshiba Satellite

OK, I would restore or recover the computer to manufacturer's original specifications and automatic update to the latest sp3.

Then, I would reinstall your virus protection and see if it's better.

I use a tascam dm24. i am getting drop out when my music is playing. i also get a static sound sometimes after drop out.

ok question when you play music is off cd or comp. or mp3 player
reason i ask is cause some cd formats and songs come with the distortion on them the manufacture does not see this cause mass production in cd's
turn onto a receiver fm tuner if static is still there power failure is common in the power house inside receiver these require maintenance and probably new power house conductor

dust in the system can create static also hair and dust are magnatized this can distort the sound quality professional cleaning of system is probably needed in this case

Player wont play certain albums when getting close to being full.

There is a maximum number of songs allowed (1000 for 4 GB) so you are probably over this magic number - they are still listed just don't play. I don't have solution for you - just a reason why.
