whenever i try and play nancy drew message in a haunted mansion on my desktop, the sound works, but the picture doesn't show up. the screen is just black.. HELP?!

Has this game worked before? Or is it doing this for the first time? Do you know what kind of video card it is? Most likely an Intel, NVidia or ATI. Sometimes the computer will have a logo indicating on the outside of the PC. Is this a laptop or desktop you are trying to play on? Do you know what version of Windows you are using (XP, Vista)?

System Requirements:
  • Windows 95, 98, ME, 2000, XP
  • 166 MHz Processor
  • 16 MB RAM
