Question about MP3 & Digital Media Players
Have disk, won't download on our computer which is an emachines with microsoft windows with Vista. Are there downloads we need, to get the disk to run so that my kids can download on their new MP4 players? Thanks.
The Phillips Go Gear is not compatible to Windows Vista, and there is nothing one can download to make it compatible. I contacted Phillips, and they said that there are no plans to update the software so that it works on Vista. Pass this to everyone that is having a similar problem. Contact Phillips on their website, and request that the Phillips Go Gear software be updated to include Windows Vista. If more people raise a stink (especially threatening never to buy Phillips products), maybe something will be done.
