My computer is slow and it wont let me use disk

pls do following steps
1,Start>run>type "msconfig"
select startup
remove tick mark except your antivirus
apply
ok

Problem is solved in many different ways...depends on if it's under warranty or not. Under warranty: check task manager(ctrl+alt+del) and see how many processes are running. End any processes that aren't necessary for the computer to run. each process can be looked up on the internet to see what it's to. Once that is done, then try uninstalling any programs you don't use, transfer over anything important to disc or external hard drive, and start deleting pics, songs, text files, movies, etc after they've been backed up(if important). Then reboot the computer and see if it runs faster. I hope this helps.

first off specs would helpit is most likely ur ram. if u have less than two gigs ram thats the problem also u may need to do some spring cleaning on ur comp.
