The sensor light are different colors

The sensors are seeing something directly in line with the beam between the 2 sensors, or your sensors are not aligned so they point directly at each other.

Door wont close

Roger, does lights blink when attempting to close door?? If so it is the photo sensing eyes. Be sure they are not blocked and properly lined.
If all is ok, replace the photo sensors. Hope this helps

My garage door opens fine, just wont close with remotes. Lights just flash. I have to use the opener in garage and keep the button pressed in till the door is fully closed or it will reverse.

Clean both safety sensors lens located at the bottom of the garage door frame. Make sure both sensors led lights are lit. If not they are out of alignment and you will have to loosen the wing nut on the sensor that is lit and move it, trying to get the other sensor to light.

Keypad opens the garage but wont close it

If when you try to close the door the main light flashes 10 times you have a door sensor problem. Make sure they are pointed at one another.

The door opens bot wont close i dont have a wireing chart

If when you try to close the door the main light flashes 10 times and the door reverses to the open position you have a sensor problem. Make sure the small light on each sensor is on and not flickering. Tweak them a bit to see if you can get the lights on. If not you have a sensor that has failed.

Door will not close with remote.

The code you are seeing with 5 blinks is "RPM sensor or motor overload." We can eliminate the motor overload because the door is trying to close. The RPM sensor is a small printed circuit board just in front of the motor. It's a snap to replace and is available at any good door opener company. They will know exactly what you are talking about if you ask for an RPM sensor board.

How to align the sensor on garage doors

Ok quick question. How old is your opener? There are two little blocks on each side of the door. are they both green? or is one amber and the other green? When I go out to a customers house with this problem the first thing I do is close the door so is a little darker so you can see the lights. Line them up then I good each one a good little tap with my finger and see if ether light will flicker. If so then there too loose or not lined up as well. One side will always be lite (unless there is no power or a cut wire)
