My Finepix 12.0 megapixels camera is having a problem

Have you replaced the battery?
Is there a re-set in the menu?
Otherwise you will have to get it looked at

The focus mechanism is jammed inside the lens. The lens will not retract if any of the slide rings inside the lens are out of alignment.
Read my tips page on my profile under "the only way I know how" for focus, zoom error.
If you can't free it from the out side then you have to open it up and reset it.

take it to a repair shop the retractor is probley out or something is jamming it up also google is ur nest friend i have found
