Question about Whirlpool GH7145XF Microwave Oven
The glass window on the door of the microwave oven has become unglued. We have to push it up to get it back to its original position. What can we do to fix this problem? Is it leaking anything? The inside of the door to the microwave is fine. Thanks, michelle The outer glass in the door keeps slipping down. You can see the glue lines that have let go. I'm sure I can fix this if I knew what type of adhesive was appropriate. I've checked the parts breakdown and haven't been able to find any suggestions. Any ideas?

SOURCE: Loose glass in door
Silicone glue would be best since it has very good heat tolerance and, if the clear is used, there will be no problem with it absorbing energy but I wouldn't use any with colorant as it could have metallic pigments.
