You must login as an administrator
if you use internet through your machine that download autorun eater and install it after installing it what ever it will prompt just accept it and delete it
if not using, use a powerful antivirus like Symantec corporate editiion 10.x
and last check your c drive right click on it choose the properties and choose security (i am assuming that u r using Windows xp )
look up the permissions if administrator is not added add it and check full control check box or check all the check boxes choose apply and ok and then check whether will u get in or not.....hope this will help you if not
reply me with the operating system
r u on network or a stand-alone pc/laptop

its called the blue screen of death and it could have been caused by something you installed recently or a hardware issue, have you tried booting your computer into safe-mode using the F8 key if you cannot boot into safe-mode without getting the same issue then you may have to format your hard drive

Update service pack 3 access is denied.

When you launch Windows Updates, don't choose the Express Updates but choose Custom. Then when you are presented with Service Pack 3, there is the option to not select it and then choose to continue to see what other updates there are. Personally, I do not recommend Automatic Updates or Express, always do it manually and always select Custom so an unwanted update doesn't get in under the radar and cause further problems. The rule of "if it isn't broken, don't fix it." really goes well with PC's.

Accessing a folder.

This will sound off the wall, but we had something similar to this happen with my last laptop, where it was "access denied" in lots of areas, and we would have to find little backdoor ways to get into control panel and document files. The problem with our computer was that it had previously crashed, and we had rebooted and reinstalled the xp, but didn't have the registration number, so it would run ok, but to get into all those access denied things (which you eventually need to get into) we had to come up with our registration number.
Did it prompt you to enter the product key when you re-installed it?
