Since the heating element is not heating up when powered up you must have a bad heating element.

In order for a drier to work it requires cold air to blow from a fan onto an element, The element in turn is supplied a voltage via the timer, this inturn is regulated via a thermostat, and or cut out , if all the conditions are correct the drier will work.hope this is of some help to you....

Dryer working fine, but no heat, clothes not drying

not knowing what kind of dryer hard to help you out.. if it is a standard dryer most of time back panel can be removed and access gained to heater and thermostat ... you want to gain access to the heater area and unplug unit ... taking a multi meter check the heater by removing 2 power wires and checking contuinity to heater... should read through heater and if your meter has a tone on the ohms reading should beep at you.. check the limit/thermost the same way by removing wires to it and testing.. prior to doing all this make sure the vent pipe is clear all the way through and that you actually have correct voltage to unit.. even though unit comes on it will run off 120 volts ,but the heating element requires 220-245 volts to operate... test power at the back of dryer and make sure across the power cord you actually have full power...good luck to you

When I turn the copier on: Error code E000 appears and it turns off automatically. What's wrong?

e000 means the machine not sensing the heat by his thermistor within a presetted period in "FIXING UNIT"
the main reasons are
check every connector of fixing unit.
check heaters lamp in upper heat roller in fixing unit.
check thermostate and clean/replace thermister.
if lamps, connections and thermistor and thermostate are ok then power control pcb may be faulty

My Reddy Pro 150 does nothing when plugged in. I

in the unit there is a motor and beside motor there is a capacitor.its called starting capacitor.if this capacitor is blown the motor will not start and if motor will not start machine will not start even though you have proper power in the machine.Your starting capacitor is bad. It's usually mounted on the side of the motor. If by chance the capacitor is ok.and shows proper reading value in meter test, then it's the thing that the motor wires between the motor and the capacitor . Usually, less than $10. the capacitor is available at any local electronic hardware shop. ------------ This will help. Thanks please keep updated.please do rate the solution positively .thank you for using fixya.

Most likey a bad thermostate or a plugged raiditor, put the radiator ans have it hot tanked and cleaned. also check upper and lower hoses to see if the have colasped in the center, I believe that year may have had a problem with to small of head gasket water holes but don't remember for sure you could ask your local machine shop for that answer but try the hoes firs then hot tank the radiator, if you pull the radiator yourself a radiator repair shok can do a flow test for you. Flow test costs $40.00 Hot tank and pressure test costs about $100.00

No boot, New PS, Green light on MB lights, No Fans running

Bottom line: Either your power supply or (hopefully not) the mother board has gone bad.
Replace power supply (remove old one), take to local independent computer shop, ask them for new unit. Should be around $50.00. - no more. After reinstall, if still no fans, boot, etc. Replace motherboard or buy a new machine. MB's installed probably will run you around $250.00-ish.
Good luck.
