hello,
-the computer that you have has an infection, and what it is doing it is sending e-mails that has a link that would give computer infection or viruses.
-what you can do for starters is go to disk cleanup and clean some all of the temp folders
-make sure that the anti virus protection that you have is still active, and updated.
Cheers.
Usually it's not your email that gets infected, its your system that gets infected. If this is the case, then you'll want to do some system scans for malicious software.
Some infections end up looking through your contact list/address books for other emails, and sends itself out. Once this has happened there's nothing you can do except tell your contacts to not open your previous email(s).
Run "Spybot - Search & Destroy" to check for malware, you may also want to invest in an anti-virus program to protect from future threats (ESET NOD32 is a good one).
Here is the link to Spybot:

If you didn't send any of those emails, you might have spyware or a virus infecting your computer. Run a virus scan if you have anti-virus software installed, and hopefully it will find and remove the infection. If you don't have anti-virus software, you should definitely download and install a program. Avast and AVG both offer free anti-virus scanners. If you have the Yahoo! Toolbar, you can run CA Yahoo! Anti-Spy directly from the toolbar, which should be able to detect most spyware and some viruses.
A Yahoo posting suggests that you disable scanning attachments in your anti virus software. If that fails go back to classic mail Hope this helps.
or else
http://en.kioskea.net/forum/affich-33677-can-t-download-attachments-on-my-yahoo-email I had the same problem, which had to do with my anti-virus (Trend Micro). I had to go into Virus Controls; then Protection Against Viruses; click on Settings and uncheck the box that said "Threats in Web mail attachments". Remember, Yahoo uses Norton to download attachments so you can't have two virus protections "running" at the same time.
i think this will help u
thanks
