Hi,
I have installed a refilled Lexmark number one cartridge,but when Iclick print it keeps coming up as unsupported cartridge.Ihave cleaned the airways on the top also tried it with or without the top label without success..Any advice.

I am having the same problem. I bought a refill kit prior to buying the printer and when I tried to refill the ink it reads unsupported cartridge. Does anyone know how to bypass this?

- I have the same problem ("unsupported cartridge" message) with the Lexmark 2350 printer but I have NOT refilled the #1 ink cart. . It is brand new along with the printer itself! This on/off light constantly blinks, as well. It only worked on the first initial use test page after setting it up. I am waiting for more responses from Lexmark. K.S.- GuestJan 20, 2008
