Question about Pioneer Avic-f900bt In-dash Dvd Player/gps/w Bt Car DVD Player
The phone settings on the pioneer deck wont light up and let me pair my phone and my deck. also even when im at a complete stop and the vechile is in park the adress icon wont light up so i can type in an adress to get to. one other thing how do i put maps on usb stick to put in my deck?

Yes, there is a way to watch a movie without the parking brake engaged. The parking brake safety mechanism is there for a reason, and I do not suggest that you disable this sytem so that you can watch movies while driving. With that said, the simplest way to bypass the parking brake system is to take the parking brake wire from the head unit, run a wire to a chassis ground point, and then put a toggle switch inline so that you can flip it on and off. This will simulate the engaging/disengaging of a parking brake.
Again, I do not condone or recommend watching movies while driving. There are enough distracted people driving on the roads.
