Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

The volume is all the way up but its not very loud when talking on phone

Hi
I think the problem with the phone has to do with your ear piece.
Try to open the phone if you can with a phone screw driver and see if the ear piece has not shifted from its right position. If it has then you would need to adjust it.
If it is not still loud after that then you would need to replace your earpiece.
THANK YOU

The black U-shaped part will slide down and off the radio. It is one piece including the sides, bottom and part of the back of the radio.

Best regards.

H12 bluetooth will not charge

As the headset is repeatedly charged, the pins on the charger starts to not reach the blue tooth ear piece to charge. I clean the dust around the edges on the contact area and was able to get it to charge

First off, you need to put this under a different product.

For another, check the battery before you ask dumb questions!

Most efi sleds use a battery. Check it.

Earpice simble shown always

the headphone pin has got kicked in due to your constant headphone jack in and out need to diaasemble the piece and refit the headfone pin jack of the piece or temporarily just put your headset in and then in a sudden thrust pull it out that should do the trick of pulling out your headphone jack, thus no headset symbol and voice thru earpiece.
