Question about Omron HEM 650 Wrist Blood Pressure Monitor
None of the finger or wrist cuffs are accurate. The slightest movement of your finger or hand will give a false reading. There are a few nice cuffs for your are and they are all pretty good. Relax for a few minutes before you take your pressure and ake it in the same position each time. Hold still and don't take a deep breath while it's testing. It is normal to have 20-40 points difference from one reading to the next. If it looks too high, sit still for 2 or 3 minutes and try again.
