Unfortunately, it's not likely that the manufacturer prints a large-type version of the manual. You could xerox the manual pages on an enlarging copier, but that would be time-consuming and expensive, especially for a manual you're most likely going to want to read once (to set up your fingerprint reader) and never use again.
The simplest and most inexpensive solution I can suggest is a page magnifier, like this one:
If you don't want to order it online, try your neighborhood bookstore.
