I have a Nextar MP1607 Portable DVD Player, when I play a disc the screen is white and I can only hear the sound of the movie. I have the device on AV OUT. I have tried going to setup using the remote and nothing happens. The only thing that I can get to work with the remote is Play, Stop, Volume, Pause. Do you have any idea what the problem is? Thanks.
