I have a brand new LG bottom/slider freezer and I
I have a brand new LG bottom/slider freezer and I am trying to hook up the water supply for the ice machine to the cold water supply under my kitchen sink. I have purchased a kit inculding a copper pipe adapted, but I do not have copper pipes, so that is useless. How do I connect the water line? The Home Depot sold me a splitter so I could tee off of the cold water valve under the sink by using an ''interruptor'' of sorts? am I missing some basic thing?

well I had a plumber connect a new hose it cost me $ 85 but it was properly install, since we added a splitter Home depot recommended but it can't take the pressure and the hose connector will leek. or if you are handy connect a splitter and a new valve
