Hmmm well I accessed your site without problems so there is only one possible reason for this.... her configuration.
Unfortunately there are lots of configuration problems. Ideally she should contact AOL tech support who will guide her through ther Step-By-Step programme used to resolve such matters...
However, a few things she can try
Make sure she has latest Browser Version
In Internet Explorer (IE)
get her to go to the Tools Menu->Internet Options
Delete Cache, Cookies and History
Restart browser - did it work?
Does she have Semantic software installed? If so - uninstall it!
Does she have a firewall installed? Is IE listed as software in the accepted list?
She may be victim to some malware -
Install Adaware and HiJack this
Has she Anti-Virus software? If not install Avast!
Is she using a link - maybe it is typed incorrectly?
Is she getting an error message? If so - it can tell you what the problem is
Is she able to access other sites?
Have you checked your Server logs - they can tell you if she is being refused by your server?
