On the PSP make sure the WLAN Switch is turned on. To connect to your router, go to System Settings > Network Settings > Infrastructure Mode then select the Network that you want to connect. If it's Linksys, select Linksys and press X. Select Scan and choose the wireless network and Enter. If it asks you for network key, type your wireless network key and connect. That should do it.
