Question about Denon DN-HS5500 Turntable
These players suffer from 'cue slip' which prevents you using the platter correctly, see Denon DJ forums about this fault, Denon keep promising a fix which never appears, anyone found any solutions
Try changing the platter speed from 33rpm to 45 rpm The menu for this should be in the preset section on the player.... Good Luck
