Need Service manual for LTF6000FSO

Need Service manual for Frigidaire Front loading LTF6000FSO or how is the front panel removed? I have taken off the bottom 4 screws and the three screws at the dispenser. What else is there?

Also, I have removed one side of the boot (drum side)... which contains small brownish globules. Can't imagine these are washing residue. Can they be a filtering agent to keep large particles from getting to the pump?

Thanks tooltech 75. I had already downloaded the Owner's Manual, but it wasn't helpful for this problem. The drawing may be useful.

I have made some progress. By taking off the top, some more screws were revealed at the top of the front panel. Removing them allows the front to come free short the door seal. There is no way I'm taking that off. With some help I was able to squeeze my hand in through the bottom to access the other side of the boot and managed to get it loose. There were three coins and a button in it plus all the light brown gritty material. .. which I have saved. If someone could tell me it's filtering material, I will reuse it.

How to remove front cover

Hello friend, thank you for your post!

I understand that you would like to remove the front cover on your Frigidaire washer. Your question is labeled under model ATF7000E I was able to locate the parts manual for that appliance that shows a parts breakdown inside of your washer but no instruction guide to disassemble the front panel. I hope this information helps to some degree. -Matt

How to replace the start button on a frigidaire affinity dryer aeq7000ego?

There will be screws along back at the top holding the top panel. Using the appropriate screw head screw driver you will have to get these screws out, lift the top panel slightly and push out towards the front. This should disengage the panel from the notch on the main body and come out. That will get you access to the console.

Frigidaire front load model ltf6000fso. does not go into the final spin. getting code e20. unscrewed the front panel from below. but do not know how to fully take the panel off so that i could see if...

E20 is an error code for drainage failure.

Check where the appliance drain hose connects to the house drains for a blockage.

If it's onto a spigot under the sink, take them off and check both for a blockage.

If these are ok then it's likely to be a blockage in the pump.

You'll need to drain the water out manually.

Put a shallow dish below the filter and slacken the filter.

Tighten it to stop the flow of water while you empty the dish.

Once empty, take the filter out, clean out the debris and ensure nothing is left jamming the pump.

Before refitting the filter, put the machine on drain or spin and listen at the filter housing to see if you can hear the pump running.

If you do, fit the filter and try the machine again.

Remove the front panel to get to it. Once you get the front panel off it is easy to remove the drum and replace the element. First remove the top then the front then you have it.
