I have lost cd of iBall Face2Face C2.0 webcam driver..

iball USB 2.0 Camera do not get installed on Windows XP with the driver CD provided. It has taken installation on Windows 7. If any one has solution to install on Windows Xp, please guide me. Thanks....

Download it and extract it using WinZip or WinRar software. The links to download trial versions of these zip softwares are:-

Then go to Category select Cameras
Then go to Product select Web Cameras > Face2Face C1.3
Then u will find file iBall Face2Face Webcam - C1.3.rar

Check to see if its a hardware or software problem.
Plug your camera in
Go to this site and see if your webcam works using 3rd party software.
Hit "Allow" in top window and the cam should fire up in the left hand panel.
If it works there you know you still have a software problem

If you have Vista, you can uninstall the software, plug the cam in and the software will be installed on boot-up.
If not, I would recommend you uninstall the software - run the CD again and then go into Device Manager, expand the Imaging file, right click on your webcam and select the update drivers option - from the internet.Delete any redundant webcam software if found.
