Question about Maytag M7DH45B2A Dehumidifier
Result is it wont operate and the "full" light keeps flashing. Is this something that can be fixewd at home and if so, how? or is the unit effectively finished...its about 5 years old but only operated for about 2 weeks each year
We've had dozens of these in for more serious work but I noticed that the drain container on them has to be shoved in all the way in order to satisfy the control. What I do to get some peace while working on them is shove a small piece of styrofoam into the opening on the upper right where the tab in drain container goes in. Alternatively, if the mechanism needs adjustment you could bend the metal actuator bracket forward just a bit
