Question about Dryers
Without a model number, or even a brand name, the advice has to be very general:
Check the drum supports to make sure they are not worn, causing the drum to drag on the felt seals, and check the motor to make sure the mounting is secure, and not allowing the belt to slip. Make sure belt is not in a groove in the drum, which would in effect cause the belt to be looser than it should, and check the belt tensioning pully to make sure the belt has not come off the pulley and is on the shaft, or that the pulley's center is not worn out. (also causing more slack in the belt, and thus slippage)
