Printer installation problem (by 2 users)

Please perform below steps :


1.open a Command Prompt window(click start---->run--->type cmd and press OK)
2.key sc config spooler depend= RPCSS (note the space after depend=) and press Enter.

Try reinstalling the printer.

Or

1. Start / Run / MSConfig / OK.
2. Select the Services tab.
3. Make sure that each of the following services is checked:
Plug and Play
Remote Procedure Call (RPC)

Remote Access Auto Connection Manager

Remote Access Connection Manager

4. Press Apply.
5. Press Close.
6. Press the Restart button.

Try reinstalling the printer software. If the issue does not resolve Please get back me.
