Question about Televison & Video
The speed of playback of online videos is affected by several factors:
1. The actual download speed of your broadband connection (no broadband? only videos that can be downloaded to your hard drive can be played, after complete download)
2. The speed of the processor in your PC. Anything made in the last two or three years should handle it.
3. The video adapter chipset used. Again, anything made in the last two or three years should handle it.
Operating system, i.e. Vista, has little to do with playback speed, although a resource "hungry" OS like Vista could stall if you have too little RAM. Note that 4GB RAM is the maximum practical unless you have a 64-bit computer with a 64-bit operating system
