Question about Apple iPod nano
My nano 4th G will come on when i plug it in to my comp, but the screen is gray and i can barley see the do not disconnect interface on the nano. i've tryed restoring it, and it says it works, but then my comp can't find it at al, and i have to restart the ipod while it's plugged in to get my comp to see it, but then it just says it needs to be restored again, it's a never ending loop, how do i fix this and get my nano working again?
Your battery is most likely dead. Very dead. Google "iPod repairs" in your country and they might be able to replace it. Otherwise you can get an exchange unit from Apple. Take it to your nearest Authorised Apple Service Centre and they will get it exchanged in a couple of days. Unfortunately this might cost almost as much as a new one.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
