To the best of my knowledge there is nothing available but if you will post your Model AND type number, I will check it for you. If you are looking for an oversize valve seat because yours has popped out, there is a procedure for reinstalling it that works about 95% of the time

Go to the Briggs & Stratton web site. Put in the model, type, and code numbers off your engine. You can download the IPL (illustrated parts list), which will give you the part number of the seat - IF available. You can then order the part, but it will be a machine shop job to fit it.

What caused gas to shoot out the exhaust before mower quit? Briggs/Straton 13 hp, riding mower, model 28T707, Type 1154-E1

Rebuild the carb. You'll likely find that the float is saturated. (or bent/broken off) After you fix that, be SURE to change the OIL. Very possible that gasoline washed past the piston polluting the oil, reducing the oil's lubrication ability, and MOST importantly, poses an EXPLOSION hazard!!!!!! Take a look at the plug while you're at it.

11.5 Briggs Straton Poulan riding mower, location of MFG serial number

Depending on which your needing. The body model and serial decal is usually located either on seat or on the body under seat.

If it is the engine it depend if OHV or a L-head engine. OHV serial (date code) is on the valve cover. L-head is located somewhere on the engine's flywheel shroud.

I have a briggs &straton intek 26 hp and the compresion seems to be not releasing.what can i do?

If the valves are adjusted too loose, the compression release will not work, and will make starting the engine difficult. I believe the clearance is supposed to be .005". If the clearance is too large, the 'bump' on the cam will not move the valve off its seat when cranked slowly, and compression will make the engine hard to crank over.

Gas in oil 12.5 hp briggs and straton will not start

the float in the carb is stuck open, its flooding with gas. the gasoline is going past the rings and/or valves into the crankcase. you need to remove the float bowl and unstick and reset the float to specs, maybe a new seat and needle and change the oil before restarting.
