Question about Avaya Lands Phones
Hello- We have an AVAYA PARTNER ACS PHONE SYSTEM model 103E9 with 6 phone lines. Currently if somebody calls after hours on any line they receive a greeting then the caller can be transferred to an individual voicemail box after the extension is dialed. Going forward, we would like two of the lines (5 & 6) to be routed to an indiviual voicemail box extension (ie.. 17) after 4-5 rings instead of the master greeting since there are two separate enities under the same roof. Can this be done? If not, can the system handle two separate greetings, a greeting for lines 1-4 and greeting for lines 5&6. thx in advance!
Yes you can have the 2 lines answered by a particular mailbox instead of the AA greeting.
Would need to know the model of the voicemail system that is installed to see if there are more than 1 AA menus.
