Problem for Sony Handycam DCR-TRV19 Mini DV Digital Camcorder

Dcr-trv19 NTSC, switched to PAL when played a PAL recorded tape

I have a dcr-trv19 NTSC, I put by mistake a PAL recorded tape and it played fine, but now if I play a Ntsc tape it deforms the image in the touch screen, seems to be struck on the PAL, and also seems to be recording from then, in PAL, how can I switch from PAL to NTSC and back? thanks in advance
