Question about Canon PowerShot SD1100 IS Digital Camera
This is the common phrase Canon cameras spit out when they have a lens issue. Was your lens exposed to liquid? Was it perhaps exposed to sand or other dirt/dust? Was it dropped with the lens extended and now it is bent? It could be a number of things, the most common cause is the camera accidentally turning on while it's in your pocket and the lens stops abruptly and errors out.
The good news is that you can get it fixed!! It's actually very affordable and worth it for such a wonderful camera. Check out the link I provided and see what they can do for you. Good luck!!
