What kind of antenna do you have and what kind of storm was it?
If the storm had high wind, there is a chance that you need to re-orient your antenna and or clean the connections on it to remove moisture and be sure that they are tight. If the issue was an electrical storm there is a possibility that the converter has been damaged or picked up a stray electrical charge. Consult the owners manual on the converter about the reset feature.
