Hi,

Please let us know the make and model number of your digital camera and the charger. Also, let us know the year of manufacture of the battery.

In most cases, this particular problem is seen if the battery is old or due to repeated charging and discharging cycles, it is unable to hold charge.

Please reply with the details. Thanks

    Thanks for the feedback.

    Since you have already tried with a new battery and charger and also the fact that the camera is recently purchased, it looks like the camera has a manufacturing defect.

    It would be highly advisable to get the camera replaced from the store where you have purchased it or from the authorised service center since it is covered under warranty. Also, the camera might develop some other problem at a later stage, so it would be really nice to get it replaced now before more issues come up.

    Hope this solves your problem. Thanks

Hi, leave your phone down with the charger plugged in for about 15 mins, don't try to turn it on...only after 15 mins. I hope this helps :)

Tip

Charging your power chair or scooter the correct way can make them last

Whenever you need to charge your power chair or scooter get into the habit of charging overnight. The battery level indicator lights will tell you if your chair or scooter needs charging. Whenever the lights are down into the yellow and especially if they are in the red. If you have the off-board charger, plug the charger into the charger port in the front of your joystick and then plug the charger into the wall socket or turn the on/off switch on and let it charge overnight. When you get up in the morning the charger should have a red light(power) and a green light illuminated (indicating fully charged) Always turn the charger off or unplug it from the wall socket before you unplug it from the chair or scooter. Never have the power on to the charger when you plug or unplug it from your chair or scooter. Whenever you get new batteries always give your batteries a full charge before use and then if you use the chair daily charge it every night. If you do not use your chair or scooter daily charge it at least once a week. Never leave the charger plugged in and on for more than 24 hours. Your batteries should last you 3-4 years if you charge them correctly.

Does power switch have to be on when charging with on board charger?

Laptops that I have worked on do not need the laptop to be switched on to charge the battery. There maybe a LED indicator on the laptop to indicate that the battery is charging when the power adapter is connected.

Green and red light comes on when i put battery in charger what does that mean?

Here is the manual:
http://toolboyworld.com/eBay/Ryobi_P120/P120_566_eng.pdf

Red = quick charge
yellow = evaluating
green = charged

CHARGING A COOL BATTERY PACK
If battery pack is within normal temperature range, the red LED on charger will come on.

Red LED should remain on for approximately 1 hour then the green LED will come on. Green LED on indicates battery pack is fully charged and charger is in maintenance charge mode.

Damaged battery or internal circuit problem it is hard to to say. Bring your laptop to a repair shop. They can check the battery and tell you what the problem is.

Battery pack or charger

Hi!

When you insert the battery , plug the power into the charger and the light turns ON (red or green) - the charger is OK. One indication that the battery is dead is when you charge it, after just a few minutes the full charge indicator will turn ON ( with Canon chargers the light for full charge is green). If that's the case, purchasing a new battery is the only option.

Have a nice day!

Rechargable Batteries Battery Charger

When batteries are placed into the charge mode, the red light will come on.
When fully charged, on those units with a green light, the green light will be an indication that your batteries are charged and if your unit has no green light, the fully charged indication will be when the red light turns iff.
