Question about Amana ABB1927DE Bottom Freezer Refrigerator
I recently got this fridge from my mother in law and it was on its side for the whole ride to my house(10 miles) and now the fridge will blow "cool" but not cold....i know for a fact that the fridge worked perfectly before the move. I opened the back of the fridge and compressor and everything are running like they should be, one line is warm and one line is cool coming off of the compressor.....Anything i can do to fix this??? Thanks
Oil from the compressor gravitated into the evaporator coils and is restricting the flow of refrigerant. Oil may drain back to compressor after standing upright for a few days; if not the evaporator will have to be purdged with refrigerant and system recharged.
