Change ram.... or change PCI devices .... this problem come due to bad hardware..

Try the RAM modules one at a time in each slot. If issue is isolated to 1 module, replace the RAM module. If isolated to 1 slot, replace the Motherboard. If RAM changes make no difference, change motherboard
