Ibook g4 will not turn on when pushing start button

Check the power source. If there are lights or beeps, they indicate issues. If not, it might be dead.

What to do when your mac doesn't boot

If your Mac does not boot, or is stuck while booting, performing these steps will help you to solve the problem:

First, disconnect all peripherals (printers, cameras, etc...)To make sure your system files are OK, boot the mac holding the shift key to repair disk and to deactivate extensions. If it boots, it will ask for your password. Type your password, if you are able to see the desktop, then your problem can come from a third-party extension. Back-up all your files (mostly located in the home folder) and reinstall your system.
Secondly, if the solution above does not workYou can start to think about a hardware problem. Most of the time, a Mac does not boot because of a dead hard drive. But it can also be a faulty motherboard or RAM. I recommend to test all of these, using your hardware test, following these steps: .
At last, If you can't eve test your hardware, think about a dead power supply or a dead motherboard/

check the power, battery, PRAM. Beeps and lights indicate errors. Known good power and nothing means the board is likely dead.

A1005 Battery and power supply fine - but not starting

A1005 is an inexact marketing identifier covering pretty much the entire line of G3 iBooks.
Complete failure to start -- unless it is caused by something trivial like a broken start button -- without any startup or error tones, points to basic logic board failure. A machine this stone dead for no apparent reason is unlikely to be revived, and almost certainly not by third-world techs who don't know Macs. It is debatably cost-effective to resuscitate a sub-GHz G3 iBook from such a failure, compared to replacing the unit with another new or used Mac. The drive in the old Mac can be extracted so as to preserve your data, and can be inserted into an external USB or FireWire case to be accessible to a new Mac.

I-mac power faliure

I'm thinking that your battery in the iMac is dead or very close to being dead. Or your power cord is no good anymore or your power supply is on the verge of being dead. Hope it helps.

Power Mac 5400/120 won't power on

Sounds to me like the power supply is dead. The power supply can be changed but in my opinion it would not be worth it. I would say that the unit can be scrapped.
