I would say that your best option would be to trawl eBay for some bargain alternatives and most of what is available will fit the Toyota anyway. Its really all a wuestion of what features and power you want and how much you are prepared to pay.

I think you going to have bigger problems than the radio and nav system not working. You reversed the polarity on your electrical system during te battery jump. That has most likely caused electrical damage you may not be aware of. Your electrical system most likely needs to be checked, especially the alternator. Find a good mechanic and explain exactly what happened so he knows what systems to check.
