Question about Apple iPhone 3G
I was having problems with my phone so i turned it off. when i turned it back on its now stuck in the start up screen with the apple logo on it. it has been that way for 45 minutes
If your phone is unlocked don't use this method!
The phone would appear to be in a loop. Use iTunes to update the phone's firmware. If it is not recognized by iTunes then try putting it in DFU mode (hold power button down for 6 seconds, while continuing to hold power button press home button for 10 seconds, while continuing to hold the home button release the power button and continue holding home button for another 15 seconds) iTunes will now recognize the phone and that it needs to be recovered; follow the prompts to download and update.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
