- Yes the place where i bought the shed told me to contact rubbermaid.com. When i do that i get the reply from rubbermaid, no item found !

- yes i have gone back where it was purchased, they tell me to contact rubbermaid.com. When i go there and enter the part number i get the reply no item found.

- Hi again, well when i call 1-888-895-2100 i get a message thats says "your call can not be connected as dialed" so i tried three more times and got the same message each time.

Have you tried going to the store where you purchased it or contacting Rubbernaid direct?
