Probally you have a passcode and you put the wrong code in alot of times and what that does is it lets the ipod know that it isnt your ipod so it disables and for a period of time.restore it and sync your songs back in

Here is how you can do it. Make sure your ipod is connected to your itunes.
1. Turn power of.
2. hold the home button and the sleep/wake button for ten seconds.
3. let go of the wake button. ( keep holding on the the home button for another ten seconds)
4.?»¿ itunes will tell you that there is an ipod on recovery mode. and on the side a button should say restore.
