Hi, bought one two weeks ago. Try it on auto and set at 'normal', and 'dry' and the unit will stay running with out stopping over a period of day and a half. Collected about 1/3 tank of water. Phoned whirlpool, was told to return as deffective as it is still within 30 days. Got another same model. Have try it, still running without stopping, collected about 1/4 tank of water so far(about 12 hours).
