SOURCE: Error code E000020-0181

Hello Brass, This error code means that the yellow drum/developer unit has failed. Your machine has 4 drums, cyan, magenta, yellow and black. At best they are good for about 40,000 copies. You can order one online and it is fairly simple to replace. Let me know if I can help further.

E001 on a canon is a fuser problem. check to see if the fuseer lamps come on, if yes then the problem is a Thermistor (controls the temperature of the rollers) change.

Canon ir c 3200

It is a fuser heat error. Try to reset the machine from the error code. If problem persists you have the check the fuser for damage. Could be a thermister, thermoswitch, or faulty heaters. To clear error, service more function/clear/error/ok/ exit service mode and cycle power.
