Question about Gateway FPD1975W 19" LCD Monitor
Try changing the refresh rate--In windows go to display properties/settings till you find the refresh rate selection which will vary as 60Hz; 70Hz; etc. try different values to see if it helps. Had this problem myself but not as bad as you described. Changed from 60Hz to 70Hz and cured jitter problem. Good luck.

Try reinstalling the driver, make sure correct power cord is being used, check power connections on surge protectore or outlet... if all is well and this continues... unfortunately your monitor may have cancer and is on its death bed. u have warranty? return options?
