Setting the ring tone and ringer volume You can choose one of the four different ring tones and set the ringer volume. To set the ring tone and volume: 1. Make sure that the ringer is turned ON. 2. Press the Set Options key. 3. Press the down arrow three times or press  to go directly to the item. 4. Press  and follow the instructions on the display. When picking the ring tone, press the volume bar to adjust the volume. 5. Press [Save] to end when you are satisfied with the ring tone and ringer volume.
Ringing is assigned in system programming, very little chance it was changed by mistake. If Do-Not-Disturb was turned on, that could make a phone stop ringing. If it's just one line on a phone, maybe the system got put in night mode by mistake and night programming isn't identical to day ring. If you have direct access to the phone line check it for dial tone. Often virtual lines are used and you can't check for direct dial tone. On very rare occasion the ringer stops working, which can't be fixed.

I'm going to take a chance here, because we don't have them. The au brochure says you have 8 tones, so try pressing Program, the button twice (be it intercom or a CO button), then dial 01-08 and STORE. By default, digital phones already ring 01 tone. You have to do this for each line and each phone to make it work.
From each phone, press PROGRAM 99 and the INTERCOM or CO buttons TWICE, then dial 1-8 and STORE. (default is 2). You can now make each line and intercom different, or each phone (up to 8) different. After you finish with each phone, just pick up and drop the handset back into the cradle to end programming.
If you set the profile ring tone to OFF. Then select a contacts' number and assign it a Ring Tone. When that contact calls you the Ring Tone you assigned will ring.
If you select the same Ring Tone for all your contacts in a group they will all sound the same when they call.
Or select the same ring tone for a profile, but cancel the Tone you assigned to the contact(s).
