You haven't actually asked a question. Are you asking whether the crock pot (insert) can be repaired? (The answer would be not usually, not safely or reliably.) Are you asking where to buy a spare crock pot for an Ultrex 2-in-1 (9qt) 8-Quart Slow Cooker?

Addendum to my clarification request: "Are you asking where to buy a spare crock pot for an Ultrex 2-in-1 (9qt) 8-Quart Slow Cooker?"

Spares are not available. This is an exclusive product to the Home Shopping Network and all you can do is to see if they'll honour any warranty given when you bought the product. If it's outside of the warranty then forget it; my own research and personal experience of HSN supprts my personal opinion that they really are a "fling it and forget it" retailer and as slippery as a handful of eels when it comes to honouring their promises.

Search on FixYa and you'll see that many other people have also suffered the same fault with your product.

Hi Sharon! If you want the seasonings to get all thru the meat, I would cut it into about 6 pieces. Add your seasonings and cook it for 20 - 25 minutes. I have been cooking for 50 years and bought one of the electric digital pressure cookers. Liked it so much I bought another one. I made a pork roast about 2 weeks ago and I cooked mine for 25 minutes, It was so tender I could pull it apart with dinner forks. The seasonings I used were fresh diced onions ( 1 med) 2 cloves fresh garlic diced, salt and pepper to taste. Hope this helps.

Why do my roast potatoes take two hours to cook what am i doing wrong, cooking at190 degrees

I'm not really an expert in cooking and I've never roasted potatoes in some Crock Pot or Slow Cooker but for sure you need more then 190? (guess F?) to roast potatoes.

Where can i find instructions for cooking a turkey in a bella cucina oven roaster?

Here are the settings

Turkey, fresh, 10 - 14 lb, 350° F, 15 to 17 minutes / pound

A roster is a roster... when it comes to cooking they all cook by time and temp.

The crock pot broke today when I was cooking a pot roast. The heating part works fine I just need the insert replaced where do I get one?

Throw it away, the cost of the insert will be the same as a new crockpot.

I always put my carrots and potatoes in first with my seasoning and the amount of water/broth I am using. Then I put my roast on top with its seasoning. Works great this way.

I am cooking a roast and i just need to know how much water to put inside the cooker.

1/4 cup is enough. Roast has a high moisture content and will produce a lot of liquid for gravy! I'd only use more when I am cooking potatoes in the same roaster with the meat, then I would increase to a cup. Cover the roast tightly with foil or a good lid.
