Question about Computers & Internet
You probably only have one hard drive ,it may have two primary partitions ,look closely at the d drive, even though the pie graph says is empty ,the physicall size in mb,kb,gb,could be small,so basically your moving things on your full "c" drive to a small partition on your full "c"drive labeled" d "drive,if this is not the case,go to controll panel/system/,device manager ,and observe hard disk properties,if you have two hard drives, you will see two hard drives listed, usually the cd-rom takes the "d" drive position, and an extra hard drive will be your"E"drive, but a single drive with two primary partitions, forces the cd-rom to be "e"drive, this configuration often causes problems with cd/dvd-rom drives, just a side note ,in case it applies to your situation, hope this helps, post a comment if you need more help, aloha from maui todd0708
