Water does not drain does not rinse

while water is in machine it cant go forward to rince. Check for a blockage, by getting the waste pipe at the rear of machineand placing it as low to the ground as possible in a bowl. If water flows from pipe then this will indicate a pump failure.if no water flows from pipe then you will need to remove back from machine and then under the tub will be a black pipe going to the pump. Starting with this remove the pipe and cheak for blockage. you will then need to temove the grey waste pipe and check this.If you have a filter check the filter first. but not all machines do have a filter at the front. Also if you have removed pipes then just feel inside the pump for any objects stopping it running. All of this can be dine without machine bieng on so just unplug machine before you start. Good luck

The machine is flashing f-08 and will not switch off what may be wrong

F-08 means the output pipes are blocked.
Often this can be fixed just by undoing the jubilee clip on the pipe and taking the ball out of the filter in the pipe and removing whatever is stuck under it but expect lots of water to flood out when you remove the pipe.

Unplug from the wall then undo the screws holding the bottom plate at the back (probably just the 2 phillips heads)

The thick back pipe with the clup on is the one you want.

Clothes washer does not drain completley

Clear the filter and the pipes between it and the pump, tip the machine back and look under you will see a black pipe from the filter to the pump. Simply remove the pipe and clear it and the pump while your there.

Washing machine

you almost certainly have a blocked filter .Unplug the machine , take the screws out from the back you will see a black hose coming from the tub to the pump, this is the filter if the machine is still full of water get yourself a washing up bowl and lower the grey waste pipe into the bowl and gravity should let the water out, raise the pipe when bowl is full.If no water comes out like that tilt the machine forward and put the bowl under the black hose undo the clip with pliers and slowly take the hose off water will flow when full push hose back up and empty the bowl keep doing this until empty , then remove blockage. Getting someone to hold the machine while you do this will be much easier.
