Depends on what you're watching- some video sources are really slow! try the smaller screen, rather than full screen- watch the play/buffer bar at the bottom of the small screen- the faster moving pink bar is the buffer bar. it's loading video into ram in preparation for displaying it. makes for smoother display. some video sources supply in 'chunks', then you need to wait for the next 'chunk', meanwhile the little wheel goes round and round! in other words- it's not 'streaming'. don't know what you can do about it- perhaps faster cpu or more ram-don't know!
good luck! i don't know the solution!

I'm having steaming problems when I try to view utube videos in HD and Full screen. The screen goes black and the video doesn't come back up.

It means that your computer did not pass the hardware requirements to be able to view such videos in HD. It's best to view the high quality instead of the HD one if you are using that computer.

I cannot play videos on UTube with my IPad. The videos stop every few seconds as if they are reloading . am I doing something wrong or is it because of the"NO Flash" issue with Apple?

It could be the speed (or lack of it) of your Internet connection -- you cannot download fast-enough to provide "real-time" video. When you start to download a video, press PAUSE, and let the download continue for a minute or two. Then, click PLAY, to view the already-downloaded stream.

Having problems with playing video's on my computer via websites (news page etc) will work for @ 10 seconds then pause for @ 30 seconds then work for 10 seconds and continue to repeat this process I have...

Videos on websites need time to load before they will play seamlessly. When you first load the video, pause it and wait for a few minutes. You may see a bar loading across the part of the window that shows how much has loaded. This will take a few seconds or a few minutes depending on how fast your internet connection is.

Whirlpool top loading washer won't go into the spin cycle, what is wrong ?

There is an excellent video on washing machine repair on utube. The most common problem is a bad lid switch. probably the next most common problem is the water level switch. It's not likely to be the timer, they tell me they almost never go bad, and to prove it, they don't stock them. The utube video shows you how to open the machine and get access to check parts and repair the problem.

Problem in accessing a video folder..

this sounds like a video codac issue, when the shell tries to load the files to view the preview of the files, it often accesses the video codacs and looks for alternatives often resulting in flv files causing cashed shells, if i was you id download new ddacs and uninstall old ones.
